KTECH Learning is a fast-growing ed-tech startup focused on delivering future-ready, skill-based programs in collaboration with premier institutions like IIT Kharagpur. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals who can drive growth in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new educational institutions and B2B clients. Promote online certification programs, skill development courses, and institutional collaborations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and meetings. Conduct product presentations, demos, and counseling sessions for prospective clients. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the companys growth strategy. Provide market feedback to help improve product offerings and strategies. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in education or ed-tech sales . Strong English communication and interpersonal skills . Must be hard-working , result-oriented, and self-motivated. Candidates with a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid driving license will be given preference. Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales as needed. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the ed-tech industry and educational sales cycle. Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
