Job Description

Role & responsibilities

New Client Acquisition:

Identify, research, and pursue potential clients in target industries.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle including outreach, presentations, proposals, and deal closures.

Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in IT services or consulting.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good understanding of IT staffing, consulting, and services is must.
