Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Prayagraj. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with various distribution channels including, Agency, Broking, and Digital partnerships, as well as coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Job Summary:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents
• Drive business growth in the assigned territory
• Focus on Motor SME and Non-Motor business in the agency vertical
• Monitor and support agent performance to achieve sales targets
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure business development
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:

  Graduate (Regular or Correspondence)

• Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales in general insurance companies only
• Preference for candidates with experience in

  Motor, Health SME / Non-Motor business

  under

  Agency Channel

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-driven
