Business Development Manager

• Responsible for meeting assigned target of margin collection
• Lead the Team of Dealers and Sales Executive and navigate them to Success.
• Execute trades on live terminal.
• Managing & Portfolio Review existing clients & Inactive clients
• Know market sentiment via research, valuation and data analysis
• Monitor BSE/NSE and other international market performance
• Provide key clients daily information related to trading and market movements
• Contact all mapped clients through daily/weekly/monthly calls, regularly
• Maintaining long term relationships, deepening relationships With Existing High Net Worth Customers So As To Increase Revenue Base For The Company.
• New Client Acquisition and Revenue Generation through Brokerage generation and Sale of Strategies of Equity Market Etc to HNI Clients.
• Preparation And Execution Of Financial Planning
• Understanding of Stock Market.
• Risk Profiling Of Existing & New Clients.
• Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's profile and develop a plan helping the client to reach his short term and long- term investment goals
• Conduct research and analysis on mutual fund & Insurance schemes
• Providing seamless & superior service delivery
• Travel extensively in the city for meeting prospective clients
• Team Leading

Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results.
• Should have basic knowledge of Equity & Derivatives market.
• Demate A/C Opening and Sell Strategies under the Guidance of KA PD.
