Job Description

We are looking for IT Sales Manager with strong sales experience in IT services, who could be part of our growth and take our business to new level. Position : IT Sales manager or Business Development manager Experience : 8 years to 20 years Industry : IT / Location : Mumbai, NCR, Pune, Bangalore & Chennai Education : MBA Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for acquiring new clients by prospecting, meeting, and pitching Nityos services and solutions based on their requirements. Lead conversion from numerous marketing channels Creating a short- and long-term sales plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with team/organizational goals Handling and nurturing strategic accounts to generate new and repeat business from them. Working with the delivery team to provide high quality & timely service for ensuring customer delight. Responsible for Account Mining to identify new business opportunities or avenues towards business growth Drive the commercial discussion, anchor proposal preparation activity, respond to RFI/RFP floated by the clients and vendor empanelment process. Understand Client’s need, prepare detailed proposals, handle escalations (if any) and follow up for the closure of the deal. Establish an excellent rapport with the client’s Stakeholders and Decision Makers. Submit status reports on Sales progress and forecast to the internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Requirement : University degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience Proven and relevant experience in the similar field Should possess good communication skills along with strong analytical and logical reasoning.
