Business Development Manager (Interior Projects)

As a Business Development Manager (Interior Projects) with 2-5 years of experience in Kochi/TVM/Palakkad, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Generating leads and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads. - Building and nurturing relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals. - Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions to meet project requirements. - Delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. - Preparing and presenting estimates, negotiating, and closing deals with new and existing clients. - Collaborating closely with design and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Providing feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and customer experience. - Reporting daily follow-ups in the software CRM system. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction industry. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of interior design principles and trends. - Experience working with high-profile clients or large-scale projects.
