Business Development Manager (Interior Projects)

As a Business Development Manager for Interior Projects, with 2-5 years of experience in Kochi, TVM, or Palakkad, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Generate leads and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. - Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and industry professionals. - Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions for project needs. - Deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. - Prepare and present project estimations, negotiate deals, and close contracts. - Collaborate with design and project management teams for seamless project execution. - Gather client feedback to enhance service offerings and improve customer experience. - Report daily follow-ups in the CRM software. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field (preferred). - 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in interior design, architecture, or construction. - Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals. Preferred skills include knowledge of interior design principles and trends, as well as experience with high-profile clients or large-scale projects.
