We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience in IT services and/or SaaS. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Develop and nurture client relationships, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored IT services and SaaS-based solutions. Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements align with service and SaaS offerings. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity in both IT services and SaaS. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and generate regular sales reports. Requirements 1 to 1.5 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services or SaaS sector. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities and negotiation prowess. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Requirements Candidates are available for immediate joining.
