Company endeavor is not just to provide merchandise but make it relevant to business campaigns and target audiences. Job profile The role of a Senior BDM at Company is very exciting & rewarding the person is responsible for engaging in all areas of end-to-end sales cycle by playing a key role in understanding corporate business, matching clients expectations and business requirements and helping in establishing strong Company brand in the market. Job Description Responsible for driving business to business corporate gifting & corporate merchandise Build Company brand and drive sales through B2B channels Build a strong relationship with the corporate clients. Acquire sales, achievement of targets, and achievement of organization goal. Monitor of orders. Develop a keen understanding of Corporate Merchanting and Gifting products & how they can help in achieving the clients' goals. Execute B2B marketing and brand building strategies Monitor end-to-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency Competition mapping, keeping a close eye on competitors activity in the corporate merchandising & gifting world. Build relationships with existing clients, new clients, looking for always new opportunities in fulfilling the goal of organization. Personal Characteristics Motivated, self-starter individual with high level of integrity, intensity and activity with a can-do attitude. Should have good written & spoken English . Knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficient in relationship building with existing clients and also need to get involve in lead generation calls for the business Disciplined process-oriented work style. Able to handle pressure, and good at multi-tasking. Passion, energy, and a go-getter attitude. High degree of integrity and commitment Required Qualification Deep expertise in B2B / Corporate Sales, Marketing, Branding, Gifting industry. Must have a Bachelor / Master degree. Prior team leading experience.
