Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a person with strong experience in selling Cybersecurity and Networking solutions. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of winning new customers (new logos) and consistently achieving high sales targets in the IT security/networking domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new customers across SMB and Mid & Large Enterprise segments.
  • Generate leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and OEM/channel partnerships.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → meetings → proposals → negotiation → closure.
  • Position solutions like Firewalls, EDR/XDR, SASE, DLP, SD-WAN, Switching, Wi-Fi effectively to decision-makers.
  • Work closely with pre-sales for demos/PoCs and develop strong win strategies.
  • Maintain an active new-business pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs and distributors to create joint opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3–6+ years of hardcore field sales in Cybersecurity or Networking.
  • Proven hunter with consistent success in adding new accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Security & Networking Solutions.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable in high-activity sales environments.
  • Existing customer contacts and OEM/channel relations valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
