Role Overview:
• As the Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind lead generation, client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth. Your hospitality background will ensure a high-touch, client-centric approach, especially when dealing with wedding planners, venues, event managers, and high-end clientele.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales
1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wedding and event space
2) Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing tailored solutions
3) Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships
• Client Relationship Management
1) Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to project completion
2) Understand client needs, wedding styles, and preferences to recommend suitable packages
3) Deliver a hospitality-grade experience to high-profile and discerning clients
4) Talent in upselling services by creating the need.
5) Handle client communications, walkthroughs, venue visits, and pre-event planning
6) Maintain relationships with luxury hotels, wedding venues, and banquet teams
