Hiring Business Development Manager - IT Sales (Individual Contributor)!!!

Job Requirements

  • Experience in IT services, technology consulting, software solutions, or IT staffing will be preferred
  • Proficiency in navigating difficult conversations and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of CRM tools

  • Identify prospects and generate leads, building strong working relationships with clients and partners that can be nurtured into new IT business opportunities
  • Proven track record and experience in selling IT services, technology solutions, or IT staffing services while delivering short-term, mid-term, and long-term results
  • Strategic leadership with a track record of driving results faster than competitors in new IT markets and solution areas; strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery
  • Industry knowledge in one or more domains: IT Services, Software Development,
  • Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Healthcare, Retail, ITeS
  • Experience working on digital marketing campaigns and converting them into qualified IT sales leads.
  • Stay up to date with the latest IT sales trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of IT services delivery models in India and the ability to adapt to changing client requirements
  • Proficient in developing quarterly and annual plans for nurturing IT leads from identification to conversion
  • Lead and mentor the IT sales team to achieve revenue targets

Preferred candidate profile

  • Focus on envisioning business value across IT services, technology solutions, and allied digital offerings
  • The Sales Head will lead account teams to drive customer business outcomes, helping customers transform their technology landscape and accelerate revenue growth
  • Drive measurable business value for customers and demonstrate that ConsultHagnos is focused on long-term client success
  • Overall 7+ years of related experience in IT sales leadership roles, managing high-performance sales and technical-sales teams, sales and account development strategies
  • Proven track record of selling complex IT solutions to enterprise customers and delivering business outcomes
  • Proven record of successful IT deals closed
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing for IT services
  • Strong command of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for performance and its impact on company success
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player with excellent leadership capabilities
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
