Business Development Manager (FX & CFDs Industry) - Onsite, Relocation Required

As a Business Development Manager at NEXT Ventures, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth in the FX & CFDs brokerage industry. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in FX & CFDs sales or business development, you will be responsible for acquiring new IBs, partners, and clients while nurturing existing relationships to achieve sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new IBs, affiliates, partners, and clients within assigned regions, as well as implementing strategies to grow the client base and partner network. You will also focus on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners and clients through regular engagement, loyalty programs, and performance optimization initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of MT4/MT5 trading platforms, core FX & CFDs products, and experience in acquiring new partners and managing client portfolios. Proficiency in CRM systems for pipeline management, strong communication skills, and a target-oriented mindset are essential qualities we are looking for. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify new business prospects, ensure compliance with regulatory standards during onboarding processes, and represent NEXT at industry events to promote our brand. Fluency in English is required, and multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in languages relevant to assigned markets.
