* Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to the current market trends.
* Business Planning: Mapping and analyzing business potential to identify new profitable products and product lines.
* Developing & executing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
* Engage in consultative & value-based selling, creating value propositions, negotiations on tenders & accelerating performance through profitable growth and extending engagement with the C-Suite.
* Conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
* Analyzing and understanding customers business objectives, supply chain challenges, competitive landscape and global expansion strategies for aligning resources and solutions to address their supply chain goals.
* Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Negotiating rates and service contracts with customers in alignment with the BU’s and ensuring all commercial requirements are documented and maintained as needed by the company. • Identifying and qualifying new leads through various channels.
* Assist sales team and account managers in the development and execution of product roadmaps and act as a focal point in delivering solutions which include concept development and supply chain/logistics business modeling.
* Create and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborating closely with Operations and Product Development teams to align strategies.
* Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Create tailored account plans for each key client to identify growth opportunities.
* Monitor competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities.
* Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
