Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and prior experience in business development or institutional partnerships.

The primary responsibility of this role is to liaise with universities and promote Yung Minds’ trainings and other service offerings, building long-term relationships and driving growth through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Promote Yung Minds’ training programs, HR initiatives, and consulting services.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations, MoUs, and institutional tie-ups.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns, webinars, and engagement events.
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposal creation and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Relations, or Corporate Sales.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Good networking skills with a professional approach.
