Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and digital marketing space.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote our services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in IT, marketing, or event management services.
• Strong understanding of website design, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and business software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
