Job Title: Business Development Manager – Inside Sales
Location: Mohali
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3+Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Distribute qualified leads among team members and track lead progress.
  • Actively call and convert leads provided by the company.
  • Support and train the team on sales techniques, pitch delivery, and objection handling.
  • Monitor individual and team performance through CRM and daily reports.
  • Close key deals personally and assist team members in closing their leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth lead flow and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

  • Graduate /Post Graduate.
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales or business development.
  • Excellent verbal communication and sales conversion skills.
  • Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools .
  • Willingness to take ownership of targets and lead by example.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
