About the Role:

We are hiring Business Development Managers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage new B2B clients in the EV / fleet domain.
  • Conduct product demos and explain software solutions effectively.
  • Generate 3–5 fleet deals per month.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure lead follow-up discipline.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in software or SaaS sales.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle independently.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
