Business Development Manager - EV Products

The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in the Electrical Industry, preferably in EV Charger Manufacturing or Charging Cable Manufacturing. The candidate should have experience working with the Business Development and Sales teams of auto OEMs or Charger OEMs. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to drive profitable business growth, both with existing customers and by acquiring new ones. This includes conducting pre-selling activities, presenting technology solutions, and generating RFQs. The candidate will lead commercial negotiations, manage pricing, development costs, and terms and conditions with customers. They will also be responsible for gathering insights on competition, target prices, customer expectations, and submitting necessary legal and commercial documents. In addition to business growth, the candidate will be tasked with developing market and customer strategies in alignment with company goals. This includes mapping customer potential, competitor analysis, and monitoring technology trends. The candidate will also be responsible for leading sales activities, organizing customer engagement events, and driving innovation with customer-specific initiatives. Moreover, the candidate will play a key role in customer engagement by mapping customer organizations, executing customer relationship management strategies, and organizing top management meetings. They will also handle customer and internal escalations across multiple domains and ensure timely resolution.
