Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and goal-driven Business Development Manager to boost student enrollments, build partnerships, and enhance the institution’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve admission and revenue targets through lead generation and conversions.
• Conduct school visits, community outreach, events, and parent interaction programs.
• Build partnerships with schools, consultants, organizations, and local networks.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Track leads, prepare reports, and maintain strong relationships with parents and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in BD, sales, or admissions (education sector preferred).
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet targets and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
