Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at our company, your primary role will be to create and close new sales opportunities. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to identify and qualify leads, ultimately leading to successful sales with both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. - Proactively reach out to both cold and warm leads via phone calls. - Generate business from new and existing customer accounts effectively. - Provide regular reports and presentations on Inside Sales progress. - Manage communication with potential clients through email and phone. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors. - Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers. - Collaborate closely with the Sales and Digital Marketing team to plan campaigns. - Utilize data to drive decision-making and influence others. Key Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. - Previous sales experience in an Ed-tech firm is required. - Professional proficiency in English and Hindi is essential. - Fluency in a local language is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Motivated, driven, and proactive individual with a passion for learning and a desire to build a career in sales.,
