The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in the sales team and be responsible for building a revenue pipeline in the region. This will be achieved through training and close collaboration with the team in India and North America.

The Role
-Develop and Define SaaS marketing strategy in India
-Implement sales best practices in the region and build the sales pipeline and close sales.
-Represent the organization externally to Stakeholders in the region
-Meet and exceed client acquisition targets
Skills & Qualifications
-Graduate degree in business or technology
-2+ years experience -Experience selling an education-based SaaS solution would be considered an Asset.
1+ year of Team Lead or Sales Management experience. -Very strong communication skills
-High energy, motivated and driven to succeed
-Domestic air travel and potentially international travel may be required
Salary: (Base)50-60,000 INR per month (Based on experience)
Attractive Bonus structure per sale*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
