Urgent hiring for Business Development Manager

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience- 4+ years

Location: Delhi NCR | Pune | Hyderabad | Bengaluru

Salary: upto 5.4 Lpa

Working Days: 6 days ( 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, institutions, and key decision-makers.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the business development team to achieve set targets and organizational objectives.
• Assign and monitor team tasks, track progress, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
• Collaborate with senior management to design and execute business growth strategies.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations to potential clients showcasing the impact of STEM education.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction, renewals, and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably within the education or EdTech sector.
• Strong understanding of STEM education and its role in modern learning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Open for a field-based role
