Job Description

As a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager in digital marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and fostering client relationships at our India office. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic initiatives, managing proposals, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your main duties will involve developing, implementing, and owning a business and sales strategy to meet company objectives and achieve commercial targets. You will be responsible for selling all AnyMinds solutions to clients based on their specific needs, including digital marketing, influencer marketing, and D2C solutions. Moreover, you will identify new business and partnership opportunities across direct Brands and Media Agency ecosystems to further expand our business. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies. Experience in consultative selling with Agencies and direct brands is a must. Your entrepreneurial flair, exceptional client relationship skills, and commercial acumen will be instrumental in driving business growth. You should also possess superior new business and client management skills, along with a genuine passion for sales. In addition, you will be required to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and problem-solving capabilities. Your knowledge of the digital marketing industry and the digital eco-system, including social, programmatic, and influencer marketing, will be essential for success in this role. Collaborating with colleagues across different functions and markets in a teamwork-driven environment is key to your role as a Business Development Manager. We offer a competitive salary, performance reviews twice a year, and generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days, which includes casual leave, sick leave, and earned leave. Additionally, we provide health insurance coverage for yourself, spouse, and two children, with the company bearing the insurance premium amount. Your working hours will be from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
