Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) with 13 years of experience in System Integration and IT Infrastructure Sales, your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue growth in the Mumbai region. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new leads and acquire clients for IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AMC, and System Integration services. - Drive the end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure. - Collaborate with OEMs (Dell, HP, Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, etc.) and distributors to create joint business opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Managers, and key decision-makers. - Work closely with internal pre-sales and technical teams to propose the right solution to customers. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Skills & Competencies: - 23 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in IT System Integration, Cybersecurity Solutions. - Strong understanding of Networking, Servers, Storage, Cloud, Security, and Data Center Solutions. - Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales. - Conduct customer presentations, solution demos, and POCs (Proof of Concept) in collaboration with pre-sales teams. - Position the value of cybersecurity solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, XDR, DLP, IAM, cloud security, etc.) against competitors. - Work closely with OEMs (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Trend Micro, etc.) and distribution partners for solution positioning. Qualifications: - Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Business Management. - MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred, not mandatory).
