Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity business development or related roles. Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, solutions, and emerging trends. Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for technical roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in technology evangelism and client engagement.
