Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Credit Life, based in Durgapur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for credit life products. Day-to-day tasks include market research, , conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective strategies. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, market research, and client relationship management
• Experience in sales, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Understanding of credit life insurance products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
