Business Development Manager Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

The role of Business Development for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is crucial in fostering strategic partnerships with corporations to enhance their CSR initiatives while aligning with the mission of our organization. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing innovative CSR programs, and ensuring impactful collaborations that deliver mutual value for corporate partners and the community. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential corporate partners for CSR collaborations, developing and pitching tailored CSR proposals, building and maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders, analyzing market trends and CSR regulations, coordinating the implementation and reporting of CSR initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to align CSR programs with organizational goals. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in business development or CSR-related roles, a strong understanding of corporate sustainability practices and CSR frameworks, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, the ability to analyze data and develop compelling presentations, as well as a passion for community development and social impact. This position is based in Chennai and is offered as a Full-Time or Consultant employment opportunity. The salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate.
