Business Development Manager – Corporate Leasing (Real Estate)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our Corporate Leasing team. The role requires a strong network, proven deal-closure ability, and a deep understanding of the commercial leasing market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through corporate leasing and client acquisition.
• Manage end-to-end leasing transactions: prospecting, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
• Develop strong relationships with corporates, property owners, and developers.
• Conduct market research and prepare business proposals.
• Meet revenue and business development targets.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in

  Corporate Leasing / Commercial Real Estate.

• Strong network with corporates and occupiers.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
