Job Role: Business Development Manager Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align lead generation and sales efforts. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Requirements: Proven experience as a BDM. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
