Business Development Manager – Pharma Product Licensing & CDRO Partnerships

About KMS Pharma

KMS Pharma is a Contract Development & Research Organization (CDRO)

What You’ll Do

  • Drive 

    licensing, distribution, and co-development deals

     for ready-to-supply pharma & nutraceutical products.
  • Build partnerships with 

    domestic & global pharma companies

    .
  • Manage full BD cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing.
  • Work with R&D and regulatory teams to align partner needs.
  • Represent KMS at 

    international conferences

     (CPhI, BioEurope, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years in 

    pharma/nutraceutical BD, CDRO/CDMO alliances, or licensing

    .
  • Strong network of pharma/nutraceutical contacts.
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DCGI, USFDA, EMA, WHO).
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to travel.
