With a strong reputation for accuracy, reliability, and compliance, we are committed to delivering high-quality analytical services to our clients across multiple industries.Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of proven experience in driving business growth within testing and inspection services, particularly in food, water, coal, agricultural commodities, and tea sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in laboratory testing services.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand client requirements and provide tailored testing solutions.Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.Develop marketing strategies and participate in promotional activities.Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements in line with client needs.Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure service quality.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.Prepare and present regular business performance reports to management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.3–5 years of proven experience in business development/sales within NABL accredited laboratories (food, water, coal, agricultural commodities, tea testing preferred).Strong understanding of laboratory testing standards and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build strong client networks and deliver customer-centric solutions.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.What We Offer:Competitive salary (3–5 LPA) based on experience and performance.Opportunity to work with a reputed NABL accredited laboratory.Professional growth and career development opportunities.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
