Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Nashik. The responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to attract new clients and secure business partnerships. The individual will identify growth opportunities, manage client relationships, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires analyzing financial data, understanding industrial subsidies, and presenting tailored financial solutions for startups and businesses.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales, and strategic client acquisition
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and prepare project reports
Knowledge of financial services, industrial subsidies, project financing, and government policies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Team collaboration, leadership abilities, and problem-solving skills
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Experience in startup ecosystems and financial consulting is an advantage
