Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Development Management or related field (Advertising & Marketing).
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Advertising/Mass Communication or Marketing).
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of corporate business development principles and practices.
