Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Identify potential clients and build relationships to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in Business Development Management or related field (Advertising & Marketing).
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Advertising/Mass Communication or Marketing).
Proven track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
