Namahetu Media House is a growing PR & Digital Marketing agency helping brands build strong media presence, digital reach, and impactful campaigns. We are looking for a Business Development Manager with at least 3+ years of experience in sales, client acquisition, and business growth, preferably in the PR/Marketing/Advertising industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across PR, digital marketing, and branding services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust. Develop sales strategies, pitch proposals, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the PR, creative, and marketing teams to align business opportunities with service offerings. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients. Represent Namahetu Media House at industry events, networking meets, and client presentations. Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in PR, Digital Marketing, or Media industry). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term relationships and manage key accounts. Understanding of PR, marketing, and digital media services. Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
