Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Vikram Aura Salary: ₹7LPA – ₹12LPA (based on experience and performance) Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Healthcare / Pharma / Hospital Marketing About Vikram Aura: Vikram Aura is a premier multi-specialty healthcare facility committed to providing high-quality, patient-centric medical services. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Referral Sales Executive/Manager to drive patient footfall through effective referral networks and partnerships with doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare service providers. Key Responsibilities: ● Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals (corporate & semi-corporate) for patient referrals. ● Develop and manage referral channels including: ○ Pharmaceutical networks (e.g., MRs, like those from Gennova marketing Elaxim - Mandatory) ○ Corporate hospital liaisons (Fortis Cunningham Road, Manipal Hospital Miller’s Road, Apollo Seshadripuram, Vydehi Hospital, etc.) ○ Ambulance services and local health outreach agents ● Focus marketing and relationship-building efforts in and around Infantry Road, MG Road, Cunningham Road, Shivajinagar, Vasanthnagar, Indiranagar, Ulsoor, and other key Central Bangalore localities. ● Conduct regular field visits to identify new referral sources and maintain rapport with existing partners. ● Achieve monthly referral and patient inflow targets. ● Monitor competition and market trends to adapt strategies effectively. ● Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and referrals. ● Organize small-scale CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs or doctor engagement initiatives, if required. Candidate Profile: ● Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital sector. ● Prior experience in doctor referrals, ambulance tie-ups, or hospital marketing preferred. ● Good network within hospitals, clinics, and medical practitioners especially in Central Bangalore. ● Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. ● Ability to work independently and manage field activities. ● Result-oriented with a proven track record in referral generation or patient acquisition. Preferred Backgrounds: ● Medical Representative (MR) experience, especially with specialty or acute care products. ● Hospital business development or liaison officers in private/corporate hospitals. ● Ambulance marketing or referral agents with strong networks around Vikram Aura and Central Bangalore.
