Job Description

As a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary role will be to lead our expansion and drive significant revenue growth within the complex U.K. Healthcare sector. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strategic partnerships, and closing high-value B2B deals with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service providers in the U.K. - Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy targeting and penetrating new accounts across the U.K. healthcare landscape, including NHS, private clinics, and medical groups. - Own and manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification to proposal delivery, contract negotiation, and closure. - Lead strategic sales cycles, focusing on selling complex solutions within the Healthcare sector such as Healthcare BPO, Medical Billing Software, or IT Staffing. - Forge and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers like CEOs, Clinic Administrators, and Procurement Heads in the U.K. - Accurately track sales metrics, maintain CRM data integrity, develop sales forecasts, and provide regular reports on pipeline health and revenue attainment. - Collaborate closely with Delivery and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and guarantee successful client onboarding. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Enterprise Sales, specifically targeting the U.K. market. - Strong track record selling services/products within the Healthcare, Pharma, Medical IT, or BPO industries. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for senior-level engagement in the U.K. - Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting. - Highly motivated, resilient, goal-oriented, with superior negotiation and presentation skills. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team driving growth and innovation in the U.K. healthcare sector, with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
