Business Development Manager (BDM)- (Marble Industry)

strong presence across India, we are expanding our reach in the Hyderabad market.

Position: Business Development Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

 - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Hyderabad region.

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, and interior

designers.

 - Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.

 - Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.

 - Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

 - Provide feedback and market insights to the central sales team.

Requirements:

 - Minimum 3 years of experience in marble, tiles, granite, or building materials industry.

 - Strong network in the Hyderabad, Vishakhapatnam & Jabalpur construction and

interiors market.

 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

 - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).

Compensation:

Competitive salary as per industry standards + performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
