We're Hiring: Business Development Manager

Base Location: Ahmedabad

Territories covered: Ahmedabad & Nearby Areas ( Radius of 100-150kms)

Language - Gujarati (Preferred)

Are you a sales professional with a passion for education and a knack for building lasting business relationships? Do you have what it takes to grow a powerful brand while making a meaningful impact in early childhood education?

Little Millennium, one of India’s fastest-growing and most trusted preschool chains, is looking for a Business Development Manager to spearhead our franchise expansion business.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and onboard high-potential franchise partners in strategic locations within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research and territory mapping to pinpoint growth opportunities in untapped areas.
• Pitch our proven preschool business model to aspiring entrepreneurs, investors, and educational enthusiasts.
• Build strong relationships with potential partners and guide them through the entire franchise acquisition lifecycle – from inquiry to launch.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for franchise sign-ups and region-wise expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, training) to ensure a smooth transition from franchise sign-up to school opening.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-10 years of proven experience in Franchisee, Business Development or B2B sales
• A strong network in the Ahmedabad region and understanding of local business dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills – someone who can inspire trust and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to travel within the assigned territory.
• A graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
