Business Development Manager (BDM) – IVF Centre

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our IVF centre who can build strong relationships with local doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. The ideal candidate should have deep market knowledge of Haryana & Delhi regions, especially Gurgaon, Rohtak, Rewari, Faridabad, and Delhi, with proven experience in healthcare or IVF business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong professional relationships with gynecologists, physicians, surgeons, and hospitals for patient referrals.
• Create and execute doctor engagement strategies, CMEs, meetings, and partnership programs.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand the IVF centre’s network in assigned territories.
• Conduct regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
• Coordinate with the marketing and counseling team to convert leads into IVF consultations.
• Track referral data, doctor performance, and monthly business targets.
• Represent the IVF centre in medical meetings, conferences, and local healthcare events.
• Ensure ethical promotion as per ART Act and medical compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a BDM / Marketing Manager in IVF, fertility, or healthcare sector.
• Strong local doctor network in Gurgaon, Rohtak, Rewari, Faridabad, and Delhi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve monthly referral and revenue targets.
• Good understanding of IVF procedures, fertility treatments, and patient journey.
• Must have own two-wheeler / vehicle for field work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience specifically in IVF or fertility hospitals will be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM / MIS reporting.
• Exposure to doctor branding, CME planning, and hospital tie-ups.
