You’ll hunt for upcoming homes, villas, showrooms, and landmark projects—turning architects, builders, and homeowners into lifelong clients.   What You’ll Do ·        Client Acquisition & Relationship Management. ·        Identifying & onboarding Architects, Interior Designers & Key Decision makers in Premium /Luxury interior & flooring segment. ·        Specifying L’orio as brand with Architects & Interior Designer all over kerala. ·        Meet Prospective clients/IDA who wants luxury marble/Sanitary ware & bringing them to Lorio Showroom. ·        Develop & Execute strategies to increase Market share of L’orio. Build lasting relationships with architects, builders, and premium homeowners. Present our luxury stone, marble, and interior solutions with expertise and flair. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while elevating our brand presence. Team Management. Stay updated on market trends , competitor offerings & provide right feedback to management.   What We Seek ·        Graduate/MBA with 3-8 yers of Experience in sales or business Development Proven knack in field of sales or Business Development ( Preferably in building-materials trade (marble/tiles/ high end interiors preferred). Excellent Communication & Strong local network with Architects/ID and market awareness.
