Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

Role - Sales & marketing (Manager) Market - India & Middle East

Educational Qualifications: Plus two , Bachelors Degree (in any field) or above.

Age Criteria: Minimum 20 years and up to 35 years.

Sales & Marketing Experience: At least 2 years and up to 15 years in Real Estate or Villa Sales

Compensation: INR 35000 TO 50,000+ Per Month plus Commission on sales achieved.

Additional Info: Willingness to make outbound/cold calls - Mandatory

Communication Skills / Written skills - Mandatory

Working Hours: based on the targeted market

Office timing : (Since 3G MASDA is an event-oriented organization, Saturdays, Sundays, and other public holidays are key for business events to generate leads and close deals. Weekly holidays and compensatory holidays will be given alternative days.
