Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage key client accounts via phone communication. Work on online leads like India Mart & other platforms and initiate B2B sale on call. Supervise and guide the team in handling client calls and managing internal sales. Take orders from clients, process them efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction. Resolve customer disputes and escalations professionally. Track, monitor, and improve the performance of the team. Key Competencies Required: Soft-spoken with clear speech. Confident and persuasive on calls. Strong convincing and selling skills. Must have an Android phone. Prior experience in team handling of 8-10 member. Must have managed 10–12 local B2B clients Should have prior experience in at a marketing manager or BDE level Must have led a sales or customer service team in the past
