Job Description

We are hiring a result-driven Business Development Manager (B2B Sales) to expand and manage our dealer network across Maharashtra in the modular kitchen and plywood segment. This role requires strong field sales experience, market knowledge, and the ability to close B2B deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors across Maharashtra
  • Generate and convert B2B sales leads
  • Build long-term dealer and channel partnerships
  • Understand client needs and suggest suitable product solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in modular kitchens, plywood, laminates, or interior products
  • Graduate qualification
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
