Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution of business expansion initiatives across domestic and international markets. Identify high-value business opportunities, partnerships, and joint ventures aligned with group objectives. Drive revenue growth through innovative go-to-market strategies and commercial negotiations. Engage with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry forums to unlock opportunities. Develop business cases, financial models, and board-level presentations for new initiatives. Qualifications 10–12 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or growth leadership roles. Candidates with prior exposure to aviation-related businesses are given a distinct advantage. Strong network across industries, with proven experience in high-stake deal-making and expansion projects. Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and business modeling.
