Job Description

As a Business Development Manager - B2B Sales in the domain of Automotive Spare Parts, your role involves: - Generating new leads by reaching out to potential clients such as Automotive OEM Dealer workshops and Spare Parts Retailers. - Leading and managing B2B sales operations, with a focus on new client acquisition and retention. - Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and client engagement. - Driving the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth handover and coordination with internal departments. - Providing strategic inputs to management based on market trends and customer feedback. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of business development experience. - Experience in managing a team of callers in Tele sales or B2B sales experience. - Preference for experience in B2B sales. - Strong team handling skills with prior experience in managing sales teams. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. - Proven track record of success in generating new business leads and converting them into revenue. - Good Knowledge of MS Excel. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
