As a frontline partner manager at ApplyBoard, you will be responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing a portfolio of recruitment partners (RPs). Your role will involve relationship management, enrollment delivery, and increasing RP engagement and wallet share through personalized support, training, and data-driven performance conversations. Your daily responsibilities will include acting as an ambassador for ApplyBoard, representing the mission and services to educational agents, international institutions, and prospective students. You will cultivate a deep understanding of ApplyBoard's value and offerings, develop strategies to increase international student enrollment, build and maintain strong relationships with agents, guide and train agents to improve the quality and volume of student applications, and develop and implement data-driven recruitment and marketing strategies. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 2-3 years of experience managing recruitment or enterprise accounts in the international education sector, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, fluency in English with additional language skills being an asset, the ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders with clear communication, and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with social media and digital engagement tools are advantageous.
