The Candidate will be in charge of bringing in new business, growing big accounts, and building strong, productive relationships with potential clients to make sure that company, client, and individual goals are met. The main job is to find new business possibilities, win new clients, and work with operational teams to make sure that service needs are met. Roles and responsibilities: 1. Generate leads by conducting research, understanding the prospective company's profile, conducting direct meetings, cold calling, and using social media tools to acquire them. 2. Create a plan for business development to acquire new clients, meet with potential clients, come up with ideas, make pitches, write proposals, bring in business, and hit sales targets. 3. Follow the sales funnel method to establish the company's band width in the market. 4. To work with other parts of the business to make sure service is consistent. 5. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate, and close sales. 6..
