Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives for our enzyme and biotech product line across industries like sugar, alcohol, and fermentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end B2B sales for enzyme products in relevant industrial sectors
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client base
  • Visit clients across assigned regions extensive field travel is required
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to decision-makers
  • Stay updated on market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs

Candidate Profile:

  • Must have strong field sales experience in industrial/biotech/chemical segments
  • Should be enthusiastic about sales and willing to work in a target-driven environment
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential
  • Prior knowledge or sales experience in enzyme products is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
