Brainy Bears, part of AISECT, is on a mission to expand quality preschool education across India. We provide children with a strong foundation for lifelong learning while empowering franchise partners to succeed.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive preschool franchise growth. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end franchise acquisition, build strong partner networks, and contribute to Brainy Bears’ business expansion strategy.
* Drive preschool franchise sales across regions
* Identify, approach, and acquire new franchise partners
* Manage partner onboarding and ensure smooth integration
* Develop and maintain strong channel partnerships
* Contribute to the overall business expansion strategy
* Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
* 2–6 years of experience in preschool franchise sales, education sales, or institutional sales
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Willingness to travel across regions
* Passion for education and early childhood development
